CHILDFUND INTERNATIONAL ZAMBIA – LUSAKA ZAMBIA
In Amy Bell’s last wishes, in the event of her passing, she left a sizable specific request for the long-term support of her sponsored child Emmanuel, his family and his community. Emmanuel lives in a small rural village in Zambia. As a part of fulfilling those last requests
we have worked with ChildFund Zambia to improve the lives of Emmanuel, his family and his community. Through ChildFund Zambia we have continued to provide sponsor support for not only Emmanuel but also his 5 siblings. Amy’s gift, as well as continuing gifts we have made in support of Amy’s last wishes, has transformed the lives of not only Emmanuel and his family but the lives of hundreds of children and families in that region. With the assistance of ChildFund Zambia we have built schools, drilled water wells, provided teacher housing, and more. All of these projects are focused on providing upliftment to Emmanuel personally, his family and his community in ways that we believe have honored Amy’s last wishes. We plan to continue that support well into the future.
